MY MEMORY IS NOT THE SAME AS IT USED TO BEĀ
Do you experience difficulty remembering to take your medications? Do you find that you cannot remember details of conversations that you had with friends? Therapy for memory involves learning internal and external memory strategies to maintain and/or boost your recall.

Whenever one has a brain injury or a degenerative disease, they may experience one or more of the following:
- slurred speech or speech that is difficulty to understand
- difficulty finding the right word or thought when talking
- struggling to move their mouth in the right position to say a word
- difficulty chewing or swallowing
- stuttering (dysfluent)
- weakness
